Organaza automatically distributes tasks on a team taking into account priorities, communications, working hours, work schedules, skills and team balance. Automatic dates are calculated and corrected for the ending of the milestone.
Automatic Task Distribution Rules
The automatic distribution sequence is specified in the Roadmap. The milestone are located from the left to the right – this means that the tasks in the first milestone have the highest priority and will be exposed first. Inside the milestone, a sequence of top-down tasks means that the tasks from the top have the highest priority within a single milestone. Backlog has the lowest priority.
If the task displays a manual scheduling characteristic, the task takes exactly the specified start/end date and is assigned to the specified person. Organaza will try to arrange automatic assigned tasks around the hand.
Tasks for which the performer is “Team” are automatically distributed by command. The task at which there is a certain skill will be assigned to a person with the appropriate skill. If an executor is installed on the task, the task will be assigned only to him.
Tasks are built taking into account the links “previous” or “next” in a certain order.
When calculating the end date of the task, the work schedule of the person (including the time zone), his personal days off and weekends specified in the calendar of holidays are taken into account.
If an employee is in several teams and there is an “auto-assignment”, then the tasks will be distributed to this employee from different projects taking into account his balance. As a calculation period, it takes 1 week. For more details, see the article Team Balance .
